About Me

Hello, all! I’m Gabrielle, also known as Gaby, Gabs, Gabbers, and GabsGen. Some of my school friends tend to sometimes call me Alice(Heart no Kuni no Alice), Mey-Rin(Kuroshitsuji), or Canada(Hetalia), and the name Kitty is reserved for the use of my boyfriend only.

I’m 18, and a senior in high school.

I’m from the United States, and I live in Southern California, a little more than an hour south of Disneyland. I live pretty close to the coast, and love the beach. I don’t get to go often, though, because my mom hates the beach.

When it comes to ethnicity, I’m pretty much a mutt. I’m English, Scottish, Irish, Swedish, French, Mexican, Spanish, and Native American.

I like to read, write, draw, dance, sing, and listen to music. I’m not the best at writing, drawing, singing, or dancing, but I like to think I’m improving. I like anime and manga, but I’m not in your face about it.

I don’t judge people based on sexuality, race, or religion; I judge people based on what the people themselves are like. If I don’t like you, it’s probably because you did something that made me not like you.

Now for fun facts:

  • I have a somewhat irrational fear of amoxicillin, which I’m allergic to.
  • I’m afraid of and hate spiders.
  • My birthday is January 4, making me a Capricorn.
  • I was born in the Year of the Dog.
  • I’ve been afraid of Big Bird ever since an incident when I was little concerning a talking Big Bird doll.
  • I’m the oldest of four, and have three younger brothers.
  • I love being asked stuff.
  • I’m irreligious.
  • I’m slightly feminist. Funny story how I figured that out, actually. Feel free to ask for it ;)
  • I get mistaken for being much younger than I am.
